- 50% advance payment is required to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.
- Up to 3 revision rounds are included per deliverable unless otherwise specified.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
- Project timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on complexity and feedback turnaround.
5. Payment Terms
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods. Full payment must be received before final deliverables are transferred. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clients may cancel a project at any time. If work has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable and covers the initial research, concepts, and time allocated. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for projects where minimal work has been completed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Raihan Islam shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or inability to deliver services due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to technical failures, health issues, or force majeure events.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary materials, and accurate information required to complete the project. Delays in client responses may extend project timelines accordingly.
9. Confidentiality
All client information, project details, and materials shared during the course of a project will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
10. Portfolio Rights
Raihan Islam reserves the right to display completed work in his portfolio, website, and social media channels unless a non-disclosure or exclusivity agreement is signed in advance.
11. Third-Party Tools
Some services may utilize third-party tools and platforms (e.g., Web3Forms for form submissions). Raihan Islam is not responsible for the privacy practices or security of these third-party services.
12. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion or, if necessary, in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
